How we work.

Brief & Discovery

We start by listening. Space requirements, lifestyle, material preferences, budget. Every design decision that follows is built on what you actually tell us — not what we assumed you wanted.

Design & Iteration

Concepts are developed, presented, and revised until the design is exactly right. Not presented once, accepted, and built. Revised — until there is nothing left to question.

Planning & Budget

Full technical drawings. A realistic bill of quantities. Validation with a verified contractor. The client knows exactly what they are paying before a single nail is driven.

Supervision & Delivery

We attend seven critical hold points where work stops until we sign off — structural reinforcement before the pour, waterproofing before tiling, MEP before walls close. Payment certificates to the contractor are not issued without our approval at each stage. We stay until the building matches the drawings.
